What is 4-H Camp?
4-H Camp is a leadership project for teens who are members of Los Angeles or San Bernardino County 4-H or Another County. in 4-H. Our teens, with adult directors plan the camp program from January until camp in June/July. At monthly meetings they work on games, skits and songs, nature educations, hikes, swimming events, arts and crafts projects, etc. to give our campers a week of fun they will always remember.
The camp activities are directed by the youth staff all week long. Campers are divided into tribes with staff members as leaders. Tribes meet every day to plan skits, hike, attend nature education sessions and have fun. Camp is a place to meet people and make life-long friendships. You must be at least 8 years old to attend 4-H Camp. But you do not have to be a 4-Her to attend. |
