CAMP STAFF

A team of senior 4-H youth members (ages 14 +) and dedicated adult volunteers work together in a youth-adult partnership to organize our annual camp program.  Serving on camp staff team provides a hands-on experience for youth to develop and strengthen important leadership skills through our learn by doing motto.  Several different staff opportunities are available to allow youth and adults to contribute to our camp program in a specific area of interest including: aquatic activities, handicrafts, athletics, outdoor awareness and hikes, song leading, team leadership (executive staff), campground facilities support, and more!

Camp staff is a multiple month commitment that will require participation in virtual camp staff meetings, in-person camp staff training, team planning meetings, and individual project work.  Click here to view our 2023 4-H Summer Camp timeline and deadlines to ensure you have the capacity to make all important dates as a camp staff member.
